ONAIR Class is the Weekly Program dedicated to Box Owners.
Every week, you have a complete and structured training program for your classes, designed by ONAIR Coaches.

Class has a duration of one hour and is divided into:

  1. General Warmup
  2. Mobility
  3. Activation
  4. Conditioning (Strength, Power Endurance, Aerobic Power, etc.)
  5. Workout of the day
  6. Stretching

The timeline is managed in a precise and considered way, to reduce dead times and improve the quality and organization of the classes. Each day has its specific target and follows a well-defined pattern, spacing energy systems and intensities, to make the program effective and stimulating.
