12-week program, developed by Coach Matteo Piran, focused on increasing Muscle Endurance, Absolute Strength and Speed Strength using Resistance training, Accessory Movements and training all metabolic pathways. You will work on improving your Maximal Strength, Power and Joint Integrity. You will also improve your overall capacity on Anaerobic and Aerobic Conditioning.
