Our programs include 6 training sessions per week, managed with method to ensure every athlete to improve in every domain, power, strength, aerobic, safeguarding health and preventing the risk of injuries.

Athlete feedback is really important to us. At the bottom of the weekly program, there is a dedicated section to comments, where everyone can ask questions or personal considerations.

Leaderboard.

In most workouts you can enter your score and share it with all ONAIR athletes. Measuring your performance is the starting point to improve it.

Strategy.

Before the main national and international competitions, we create specific weeks with tips and advices to improve your workout management and your general performance.

Surveys.

With the surveys we can check the status of our athletes. It is one of the most suitable methods for building specific weeks of intense work or deload and distributing them within the mesocycle.

Foundation of Training.

Element is the training program designed for who really want to improve their fitness level, but with limited time to spend. Training sessions will be no more than 120 minutes, achievable in a single session, for 6 days a week.

This is the program that best suits those who are entering the world of competitions. We study each session to build a consistent aerobic capacity and improvements in all types of sport specific domains, while taking great efforts in strength and power too.

Body Mechanics.

Exercises designed to improve the coordination, posture and ergonomics of the body.
This part includes mobility exercises, flexibility and stability.
These qualities allow the body to develop its harmony in order to make the most effective movements, far from injuries.

Activation.

Muscle activation is the essential requirement for producing an efficient muscle contraction. The loss of muscle contraction results in a lower range of motion and therefore a reduction in performance.
It is necessary to introduce specific exercises to restore lost muscle function, strengthen weak muscles responsible for imbalances that could lead to injuries.

Swim Session.

Like swimming, our training is a total body exercise where your entire body is working simultaneously and repeatedly. This means that instead of working one set of muscle groups at a time, we are working multiple, which is where the parallel between the two sports emerges.

Swimming is an excellent training for aerobic capacity and perfect for the day of active rest as you are at zero gravity, so stress for your body is reduced to zero. We also add the apnea and aquatic breathing exercises that are mainly functional to lung and respiratory capacity.

Breathing is a basic human function, but not everyone breathes effectively, especially during stressful times. By practicing proper breathing techniques, you can reduce stress and improve your body’s overall functioning. Our program will lead you to increase your respiratory potentials step by step, through a course of technical exercises and training.

Mental toughness.

Individual resilience and confidence that may predict success in sport, education and the workplace. As a broad concept, it emerged in the context of sports training, in the context of a set of attributes that allow a person to become a better athlete and able to cope difficult training and difficult competitive situations and emerge without losing confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have a membership contract?

Your membership commitment is the same as your payment period. Our memberships renew every 4 weeks. You can cancel any time before your next renewal payment. Your access remains until the next payment is due, after which you can no longer access the Weekly Program.

Can I pay in my local currency?

You can use your PayPal account or credit card to pay in your currency. PayPal will convert it to EUR. The Element membership of €36 is about $44. The rate you get depends on rates with PayPal or your bank at the time of your transaction.

Why I can’t subscribe a plan as a guest?

Only registered athlete can subscribe a Premium Plan. We only want athletes convinced that our program is the best choice. So, first of all, sign up and get 3 weeks for free. Once you have completed the trial period, you will be able to choose the best plan for you.
